II. Business Proper:
A. Regular visit to Tahanan ng Kabataan(TNK):
Ferlyn
still has to follow up with the City Administrator’s Office the approval by
City Mayor Constantino Jaraula of her letter-request asking for an authority to
regularly visit TNK without having to submit a letter of request every time she
wants to visit TNK. Upon the approval of the request, Ferlyn will schedule a
daily visit to TNK.
B. Planned Activities for 2009
1.) Catechism at
TNK in coordination with Mt. Carmel Parish.
2.) Counseling
Program for the TNK residents in partnership with Philippine Service of Mercy
Foundation, Inc., (PSMFI)

C. Other Areas of Concern
1.) Mrs. Vicky Neri
recommended funding the bed sheets and foams for the elders including undertaking
solicitations for donations of rubberized mat for use of the children.
2.) Upon receipt of
the approval by the Office of the City Mayor, the group is planning to have
initial talks with the Mayor himself to request that the abandoned building in
the City hospital be renovated to be used to house the indigent elders.
3.) The
distribution of brochures of ACE IPI CDO office for donations or partnership and
networking.
4.) Preparation of
the module for the Literacy program and the Catechism.
