ACE IPI VISITS THE NTSB IN TANAY, RIZAL

  Last 16th of February, 2008, a small group composed of some ACE officers and volunteers finally got the chance to visit the NATIONAL TRAINING SCHOOL FOR BOYS located in the municipality of Sampaloc in Tanay, Rizal.  We were graciously accompanied by no less than Mr. Finard Cabilao, Chief of the Bureau of Social Technology of the Department of Social Welfare and Development. 

          The facility at that time housed 112 young offenders who were transferred from the different city and regional detention facilities for children-in-conflict –with-the-law, CRADLE included.  We met with the Administrator as well as the minors who used to stay at CRADLE.
